On April 29, 2019, over 200 students and professors from University Prof. Dr. Assen Zlatarov - Burgas opened the week of the forest in Strandzha Nature Park with a route to the natural landmark Caves and the springs of Mladezhka river. During the route students renewed and rebuilt part of the existing infrastructure, cleaned the area and prepared it for the upcoming tourist season. Students from different majors demonstrated the specific skills required for action, entertainment and survival in a natural environment. Students from Tourism specialty took care of the guided tour under the guidance of Ass. Prof. Zlatina Karadjova. Students of Medical nurse specialty demonstrated first aid in mountainous conditions under the direction of Senior Lecturer Petya Stefanova
